Who We Are

Meet the executive board members. The executive board is comprised of seven members four of which hold head positions as viewed below. 

Tara Kelly

Tara Kelly is a board certified music therapist and a graduate of Marywood University in Scranton, PA. She completed her internship at Penn State Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA. Tara currently serves as the music therapist at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. She currently is pursuing her masters degree in Social Work from Boston University, where she would like to focus on legislative efforts. As the Chief Executive Officer for The Tutti Ensemble, Tara is involved with the continuous operations of the executive board, as well as setting and managing future goals for the entire entity.

Within her personal life, Tara believes firmly in treating others with respect and compassion and aims for these values in all aspects of her life. She and all of the board members are so thankful for the continuous support that The Tutti Ensemble has been shown through it's established lifetime!

Nicole Polara

Nicole Polara is a music therapy graduate of Marywood University in Scranton, PA. She completed her internship at Penn State Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA, and will be pursuing a fellowship as a board-certified music therapist at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. As Chief Operations Officer for The Tutti Ensemble, Nicole is involved with overseeing chapter programs and ensuring The Tutti Ensemble values and protocol are honored within each program.

 

Within her personal life, Nicole enjoys songwriting and believes that music has the ability to connect people from all backgrounds and experiences. She is so excited to be part of The Tutti Ensembles musical journey. 

Tricia Caiati

Tricia Caiati is a board certified music therapist and graduate of Marywood University in Scranton, PA. She completed her internship at the Danville State Hospital in Danville, PA before moving back to her home state of NH. Tricia currently provides Music Therapy services across three states in the New England Region. She enjoys being able to use music to connect with people of all abilities and backgrounds.

Tricia is the CSO for The Tutti Ensemble and spends her free time enjoying the outdoors.

 

Tricia is ecstatic about helping others each day through music making!
